I’m Pernilla, a passionate Gene Keys Guide, Coach, and Mentor in the realms of inner growth, personal, and spiritual development. I love being in service to the conscious journey of remembering who you truly are and inspiring you to become the best version of yourself in your everyday life.

I dedicated my life to the inner journey of self-exploration already in my teenage years. Through curiosity and continuous self-inquiry—alongside guidance from wise mentors, self-studies, inner and outer travels, and all of life’s experiences, I’ve gathered a rich toolbox, both inner and outer, which I draw from in my sessions.

In a session with me, we’ll move intuitively through your unique profile.
You will be supported from a place of truth, trust, and friendliness.
Using my inner versatility, I aim to inspire you toward self-leadership through your specific holographic profile, serving as your Gene Keys companion along the way.

In our sessions, I focus on highlighting your strengths, gifts, and abilities.
Together we explore how they are already expressing themselves—or not—in your life so far. We can look into what may be holding you back, where you might feel stuck, and what an open, flowing path could look like.

My intention is to support you in becoming who you TRULY are and to inspire you to walk your true path in life.

If you are currently moving through a challenging life situation, or feeling confused, disoriented, or unsure about your spiritual experiences, I’m happy to support you during the transitional phase.
Together we can explore what gifts may be emerging and what is longing to be born through you.



I also host local group gatherings and deep-dive contemplations into the teachings of the Gene Keys Mystery School in Stockholm.

In addition, I offer weekly guided meditations with sharing in Swedish via Zoom.

As a trusted translation partner for Gene Keys Publishing and a member of the MLM, I’m grateful to introduce Richard Rudd’s little masterpiece,
