Selecting your Primary Profile

With our brand new Gene Keys profiler you can save additional people’s profiles in your account. Many people use this to save friends and family members in their account for easy reference. However it is important to always put the STAR icon next to your own birth time, so that our system knows this is your primary profile.

Our dynamic courses use your primary profile when determining the dynamic personalised information. Below are instructions on how to change your primary profile if you have someone else accidentally saved with the “star” icon.

Open the left sidebar on your Interactive Hologenetic Profile
Select the “three dots menu” for the profile you want to change to your primary profile
This will open a new popup where you can click “edit” to update this profile data
Change the profile status to Make this your primary profile
Click Save to submit your changes
This should now display the new profile with a blue star signifying it is your primary profile

I don't know my birth time

Put in an estimated time
- If you have a general idea of when you were born (morning, night, etc) put a general time that matches your approximate birth
Otherwise, start by entering 12:00pm noon.
- If in doubt, you can do several profiles and try a range of times (eg. early in the morning and late in the evening) to compare any differences in the profile reports. You can save up to three free profiles to try and test which one matches you best.
- You will see the most likely change in the Sphere of Attraction though you may also notice changes in other spheres.
Trust your intuition.
- If you find a difference when trying out different birth times, you can read and contemplate the information given in the Golden Path Program, the Gene Keys book and trust your intuition to find the best fit for you.

The Gene Keys are neither astrology nor are they a traditional profiling system. Each Gene Key and its line is a touchstone for a process of inner transformation, therefore it is not necessary to be too fixated on the system itself. The power of this work comes from your willingness to own your own Shadow patterns and your ability to envision your life at its highest frequency.

I can't find my birth city / location

Try alternate spelling possibilities for abbreviations.
- For example, St. is the abbreviation for Saint, so if you search for “St” and do not see your birth city, try searching for “Saint” instead.
When in doubt, put in a city close to your birth location.
- If the city is in the correct time zone, it will be accurate enough for the primary Gene Keys profile.

My Gene Keys are different in the new interactive profiler?

Double check your birth date, time, year, and location
If you are sure that your old profile and new profile have the exact same information input into it, but different Gene Keys shown as the output, please take a screenshot and contact our support with both the old and new profile attached. Our team will investigate and reach out to you.
