What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this programme?

I found this to be an excellent deepening of what the Incarnation Crosses represented in Human Design. Understanding the shadows and where I activate the gifts brought me to many realizations.

I enjoyed the Mountain meditations and most of all the uniqueness this brought me comfort in being!

In a few words, what benefits can you feel from doing this programme or from the Gene Keys as a whole?

I liken the Gene Keys program to a squirt of WD40. It gently moves that which can be moved more easily.
