Gene Keys Guide

Books have been my refuge since childhood, a doorway into other worlds and also into myself. My voice, too, has always been a faithful companion—whether through singing, theatre, murga, or the intimate act of prayer. Over the years, these threads of story and sound have woven into the work I now carry into the world: guiding others to reconnect with their authenticity through the Gene Keys, Human Design, Gestalt therapy, and somatic voice practices.

My path with the Gene Keys began during a time when I felt fragmented. In a prayer to the water, I asked to stop “dismembering” myself. Not long after, the Gene Keys came into my life, offering me a living map of remembrance. Their language touched a place in me that had always longed for wholeness. Since then, they have been an anchor, a mirror, and a source of deep transformation—not only for myself but also for those I accompany.

As a therapist, I bring with me six years of experience in Gestalt therapy and eight years of sound therapy, alongside three years with Human Design. I integrate these practices so that the Gene Keys are not just ideas but living experiences in the body, the emotions, and the voice. Through somatic vocal practices, I help people give sound to their Shadows and Gifts, allowing vibration to harmonize what words alone cannot reach.

I am a 4/6 Emotional Generator, deeply oriented toward community and authenticity. My work is less about teaching a method and more about holding a space of encounter—where stories, wounds, and revelations can be shared in a human, ordinary way. I believe transformation doesn’t come from grand theories but from the courage to be present with what is raw, real, and alive in us.

I live in Uruguay, surrounded by the sea, forests, and mountains of Piriápolis. Nature teaches me every day about rhythm, patience, and cycles—reminders that deeply inform my contemplative practice. The Gene Keys are not, for me, a dogma to be followed, but an invitation to slow down, to breathe, to imagine, and to allow life to unfold with trust.

My guiding intention is simple: to help people return home to themselves, to honor their Shadows without judgment, to discover the hidden Gifts waiting in their DNA, and to remember that authenticity is not something we create—it is who we already are.
