I know what it feels like to live shut down – disconnected, numb, surviving rather than truly alive. I also know the joy of waking up again, of feeling life move through me with curiosity, vibrancy and wonder. My own journey has been a path from “dead inside” to a passionate explorer of life – and what excites me most is that I’ve only just scratched the surface of what’s possible.

I am Anna-Karin Redin, a Gene Keys Guide, Business Coach, Healer, Silversmith, Author, and above all a Life Explorer. My work is devoted to guiding others into a life where they feel fully alive – where we dare to live courageously from the heart, with all our senses awake, embracing joy, creativity and aliveness as natural parts of being human.

Through the Gene Keys, I support people in unlocking the unique gifts hidden in their challenges. This work is both gentle and radical: it takes us deep inside to meet our shadows with compassion, while opening pathways to live with more clarity, vitality and freedom. For dedicated life explorers, it becomes a journey into authenticity – an invitation to live more as yourself. For entrepreneurs and one-person businesses, it often becomes the missing link that brings balance, creativity and sustainable success – and I’d love to explore this together with you.

Arrowheart is the name I carry in my work. It symbolizes a courageous life lived from the heart – real, tender and strong at the same time. The arrow points forward into possibility, while the heart reminds us that true strength is always rooted in love. This is the compass I bring into everything I do: my Gene Keys sessions, my coaching, my writings, my jewelry. Each is a piece of my own “praline box” of offerings, designed to inspire others to live fully and fearlessly.

My own path has shown me that transformation doesn’t come from bypassing pain or pretending to be perfect. It comes from staying with what is real – the shadows, the fears, the longings – and discovering the gifts within them. As one of my teachers once asked me: “How alive do you want to be?” For seekers, the question remains: are you ready to explore what else is possible?

Working with me is not about quick fixes or rigid programs. It is about creating space for your unique journey to unfold, with depth and compassion. I walk beside you – not to do the work for you, but to support you with focus, encouragement and a steady mirror when things get confusing. My clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and gently challenged to expand into more of who they truly are.

Alongside my Gene Keys guidance, I create silver jewelry with the Arrowheart symbol, write sensual and soulful stories, and share healing in different forms. These are all expressions of the same essence: to live courageously, creatively and wholeheartedly.
