What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this programme?

I had been studying my Gene Keys on my own for a few years, but having Richard’s contemplations via audio really helped me deepen my awareness and integrate my line keynotes. I am able to see the connections between each sphere and understand the profound difference between the conscious (mind/soul) and unconscious (embodied, physical) expressions of my Gene Keys. Additionally, this programme helped me to focus and expand more into my Gifts and Siddhis, rather than being overly concerned with the Shadow frequencies.

In a few words, what benefits can you feel from doing this programme or from the Gene Keys as a whole?

These teachings are a transmission of frequency that carry a holistic, multi-layered bundle of teachings to receive – far beyond what I have gotten simply from reading words in a book. My overall perspective on life and my place in it has experienced a deep anchoring, a feeling of grounding and belonging and a newfound insight into how I approach challenges in my life.
