Empowering people, animals, plants, all life, has been my passion. Exploring transformation and giving sessions through many modalities, be it through Body Wisdom, Coaching, Awareness of Self as Soul. It has been an amazing journey, listening to the Inner Voice, and following it, whenever I get enough 2X4’s over the head to ACT on it. I am 82 years young. To have the Gene Keys find me now, when I have time on this quiet island, to Pause, rest, rekindle passions and mostly soften my heart into more love than I ever could imagine!
