Hello, my name is Kristel. I live with my daughter and two cats in a quiet green area of Belgium. I’ve been on the path of inquiry since 1999 and have come across many beautiful, inspiring teachings. Along came the Gene Keys in 2022, offering a gentle approach and all the timeless knowledge and wisdom in one book. It is not so much my own profile that keeps me coming back, but its magic tool that gives me more trust, more patience, more gentleness, time and time again.

I love life and with all its beauty and challenging craziness too, I’ve experienced two burnouts. Sitting with fear, grief, and anxiety was a big part of the process. And it still is. Every breakdown contains many small breakthroughs.
