The new ways, the new earth, is counting on each of us. The divine journey within will result in our best service to human kind. Emotions are the keepers of information. I discovered this when healing from a severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). What I observed was that I was able to remember things that had a strong emotional attachment to the event or situation. Once I observed this as a possibly I began entering into any situation that I’d want to remember with a heightened level of emotion. Specifically, I opened my heart space through gratitude and love, thus a heightened emotional state, and learned quickly this practice allowed me to recall new things without fail! This allowing myself to notice my body, noticing the light on the inside, I was able to hold that light at a pause at any places of pain or discomfort in my body. Breathing gently, mindfully, I’d rest in the subtle awareness of whatever “now” moment I was in. Accepting everything as it arose, I found peace in the noticing. Embracing all emotions without judgement was deeply freeing. The TBI, that I sustained took me on an inner journey, taking 12 years to fully recover from. The above is a snippet of one skill I used to recreate new neuropathways in my brain before science had proven that adult brains could heal. This is a brief story of one of the challenges I’ve faced in my life. Together let’s explore creative ways to thrive through your challenges. It is my goal to skillfully guide you to fulfilling your destiny by finding your prosperity which is where true freedom lies.

The biggest responsibility is to be ourselves. This comes through getting back to listening through the heart. Wisdom is when the heart and mind merge. The mind can be so busy sometimes, knowledge alone is only part of the story. I invite you to create, laugh, breathe, join friends in finding true stability within yourself.

Through accepting every broken bit inside myself and accepting it fully as the exact teacher that I need, I’ve grown to know that, every moment that we have in our existence, is a divine moment. The time of the great remembering calls to us to open into our heart centered awareness. The Gene Keys provide an opportunity to contemplate our personal map back to ourselves. The new earth draws us to look more closely at our pain, to sit with it, to love ourselves through it. The time is now. It’s all about this now.
