Gene Keys Guide

I am Lei, from Wuhan, a city in the east-central part of China known as the Thoroughfare to Nine Provinces. My hometown is embraced by the beautiful Yangtze River, the longest river in China.

Before I turned 30, I lived a life of routine—pursuing college education and then working in a corporation. Around the age of 30, fate propelled me to embark on a journey of self-exploration, healing and integration. My first transformation began with the study of transpersonal psychology: I completed systematic training as a psychological consultant, obtained a master’s degree in transpersonal psychology, and worked at a transpersonal psychology institute for six years, eventually growing into its CEO.

As I approached 40, I stepped away from the field of psychology to embark on diversified exploration and self-integration, thus starting my second transformation. It was during this phase that I encountered Gene Keys (GK). Here, I found profound peace, learned to embrace gentleness and patience, gained a deeper understanding of myself, and am gradually working on my self-integration.

If I were to encapsulate these 12 years of exploration and growth in one phrase, it would be “Rooted in Life”. Life lies in the specifics of daily living, and all learning ultimately leads to the essence of “know thyself”. I also want to share this: see reality clearly and create bravely. As an idealistic realist, I hope my sharing and services can support people live a genuine life and experience the extraordinariness within the ordinary.

Currently, I am committed to integrating all I have learned, fusing the wisdom of Eastern and Western traditions including Gene Keys and transpersonal psychology, and exploring a natural path for sustainable life development.
