My name is Riina Chaplow, and I am an intuitive healer, Gene Keys guide, and the founder of Healing Is Allowed. My work is rooted in ancient wisdom, deep listening, and creating a safe, compassionate space for inner transformation.

I began working with the Gene Keys in 2020, and from the very beginning, this wisdom spoke directly to my soul. What started as quiet contemplation slowly unfolded into a profound inner journey. After years of reading, reflecting, and living with the teachings, I fully immersed myself in the Gene Keys online courses — a process that coincided with what many would call a dark night of the soul.

Following an abrupt and life-altering breakup, I knew I needed to turn inward and meet my deepest wounds with honesty and courage. The Gene Keys offered me a sacred and precise map for this descent — a way to understand not only my emotional and energetic patterns, but the deeper purpose woven into this human incarnation. For me, the Gene Keys are deep soul wisdom paired with exquisite insight into our conditioning, shadows, and potential for transformation.

Today, I guide others through their own Gene Keys journeys, weaving this wisdom together with my gifts as a healer, intuitive, Ayurvedic practitioner, and massage therapist. My approach is deeply personal and adaptive — listening for what is ready to be seen, felt, and integrated — and supporting clients in meeting themselves with compassion, clarity, and truth.

I offer online Gene Keys sessions worldwide, and for those who feel called to visit in person, I also work from my peaceful home practice on Cape Cod. Sessions can be scheduled through my website, and each meeting is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and remember that healing is allowed.
