What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this programme?

The systematic nature on the surface and the depth beneath it, which for me corresponds to the slowness with which my understanding of the connections to my life has developed. For me, the slowness of this process is an expression of its depth. 

I can see the many ways and levels in which people can differ. This helps me not to judge myself and others. I gain understanding for people and myself, and genuine compassion. I could just as well be anyone else.

I can recognise the spectrum of spheres and my issues in which the movement from fear to love needs to be mastered.

In a few words, what benefits can you feel from doing this programme or from the Gene Keys as a whole?

I feel relieved to have been given such a detailed compass and to realise that shadows are not a bad thing, but a quality that is also allowed to be there.
