Living A Kind and Gentle Life…

Communing with Mother Nature, writing poetry, keeping a daily journal and discovering the messages revealed in dreams have afforded me rich assets to my waking life. During times of challenge and failure as well as triumph and success, these gifts have healed me, inspired me to change, begin again and/or provided valuable insight for my present and future direction.

After finding the Gene Keys in the fall of 2023, I felt I had come home. The Living Wisdom of the Gene Keys dovetails perfectly with “Dream Keys” wisdom. I continue to be amazed at how Richard’s transmissions confirm, enhance and support my daily dream messages.

As a Mother of three and Tutu (grandmother) of five, I feel it is incumbent upon elders to leave a legacy in this world by contributing their living wisdom. When we cultivate spiritual ground for all who follow, they will find more ways to heal the planet and serve the greatest good. This is a sacred responsibility, especially in these times of great conflict and change.

I believe we all have a unique calling, a special, inimitable and individual gift to express in this world! When we tune into this, it speaks to us. And shows us the way to share our best, whether through dreams, writing, music, dance, art, cooking, gardening, health practices, homesteading, family, community, healing rituals and/or retreats.

I lived 4 decades of life on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. These days I feel extremely fortunate to call Cambria, California home. In between sharing my gifts through video, audio and writing, you can find me almost every day either in the forest and coastal path of Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, on Moonstone Beach or engaging with community in the East and West villages of Cambria.

I have self-published 3 books, American Poet in England, Dream Guidebook and Journal (Do Your Best Work Asleep!) and Koa’e Kea – Music and Coloring Book. And there is more to come!
