The Awakening Spiral is a group integration container designed to support you as you move through the Venus Retreat. It helps your energy field to safely embody and express what you’re discovering through the Gene Keys.

Through a simple, embodied approach, you’ll learn how to:

• integrate insights without overwhelm or shutdown
• understand what’s happening in your body and energy
• apply the right practices at the right time
• express your gifts more naturally in daily life

Inside this container, you’ll receive:

• Yoga Nidra for each sphere to support subconscious integration
• Two live group integration sessions during the Venus Retreat
• Weekly somatic practices (breath, movement, energetics)
• Access to Nid’s membership container for ongoing support and community

This work allows your Gene Keys journey to become grounded, steady, and embodied – as something you live.
