Dancing & moving to your own Inner Tunes:
Being in the silence – moving from within, opens up the possibility to deeply connect to your own authentic being & expression! There will be no music accompanying the session, as music always sets a rhythm & energy that might not be yours.

Therefore this movement meditation practice may not be the right fit for beginners. It is for movement practitioners & mystics that already have an access to their own inner being and / or their authentic expression.
