Our Gene Keys online Retreats have become well known over the years as life-changing events for many people. Whether you are new to the Gene Keys or a seasoned voyager, the power of exploring these teachings together in an organised form is incalculable.
The retreat hums along in the background of our busy lives, helping us to shine a compassionate lens on some of our more challenging patterns in life. The weekly live events create a supportive framework for you to explore the Gene Keys teachings and apply them into your life.
Participants will follow our powerful online self study course (a minimum of 15 minutes a day or 2 hours a week, over a three month period), gently integrating this wisdom into their everyday lives.

Not at all. This journey is designed for both newcomers and longtime explorers. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to contemplate.
We understand these teachings may not be for everyone. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of one of our online digital courses or the purchase of a place on one of our virtual retreats, you can cancel your purchase and request a refund up to 30 days from the date of your purchase (online digital course) or 30 days from the start of the retreat (virtual retreats). We may offer you the option of either a refund or a coupon to redeem in our web shop at a later date.

You’ll receive beautifully crafted audio, video and written transmissions, along with contemplative prompts and practices to deepen your own journey.
You will have ongoing access to all retreat resources, replays, and the newly updated online course inside your genekeys.com account. All of the videos, audios, and text will be available for you even after the live journey ends.Â
The only aspect of live retreats that are not recorded are Community Calls.
This journey is self-paced. Some people like to spend just 10–15 minutes a day in contemplation, while others dive in for longer. The rhythm is entirely yours to choose.
That’s perfectly natural. The Gene Keys are meant to unfold slowly, like a flower. You can revisit the material as often as you wish and allow the wisdom to reveal itself in time.
This is not a program of quick fixes. The Gene Keys work gently and gradually, often in subtle ways that unfold over time. Many participants find that transformation happens organically through simple daily contemplation.
That’s part of the process. The Gene Keys are not about rushing to answers, but about sitting with mystery. Support and guidance will be there to help you navigate.

And whose area is the single square inch of your heart.
Your Mythos: Your DNA contains the imprint of a higher pattern of consciousness than the one you currently inhabit. Such a Mythos gives you a very distinct mission in this life – to assist the incarnation of a higher ideal on earth, particularly through your circle of friends and your greater network. There is little more important in your life than to continually nourish this network of friends, which will then continue to grow and blossom. This is not about quantity, but quality – the quality of your warmth, the essence of your openness to collaborate and your genuine love of others, all combine to allow some aspect of this High Ideal* to coalesce here on earth, right in the heart of your life.
