Gene Keys Guide

I accidentally stumbled upon the Gene Keys in 2021, and for me, it felt like coming home. A sacred mirror held up so I could finally see the parts of myself that had been hiding in the shadows, quietly waiting to be rediscovered. After years of deeply contemplating and integrating the teachings into my own life, I felt called to become a Gene Keys Guide so I could share this work with others.

Alongside the Gene Keys, I have practiced as a Numerologist and Reiki Master for over 14 years, and have spent the past several years working with bio-energetics, frequency work and Touch For Health Kinesiology. My work sits at the intersection of contemplation, energetic awareness and practical integration, supporting people to better understand the deeper patterns shaping their lives and gently transform them from the inside out.

I offer both 1:1 and group sessions online and locally in Newcastle, NSW. My signature offering is my Gene Key Integration Sessions, where I blend the Gene Keys with numerology and kinesiology to help clients bring awareness, compassion and peace to the shadow patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

I especially love working with soul-led entrepreneurs, creatives and purpose-driven individuals who are ready to move beyond limiting beliefs and outdated social conditioning to build lives, careers and businesses that genuinely light them up.
