Margarita Tzvetkova is a business trainer, coach, consultant, as well as a personal coach for more than 12 years. She attended many specializations in Bulgaria and abroad on economy and psychology, including in the Central European University in Prague, also in France, Sweden, Greece, Poland, Romania. Assistant Professor at the University of National and World Economy and at the New Bulgarian University for 3 years. A certified Mediator worked a year as an Expert with the Commission for Complaints and Petitions of Citizens, at the National Assembly of Bulgaria, for prevention and settlement of conflicts.
Margarita has a huge international experience, working with all kinds of institutions and entities, projects, people and cultures. Her expertise includes conflicts prevention and resolution, emotional intelligence, mediation, communication, organizational improvement, self-development and self-confidence improvement, discovering the obstacles, which hamper growth both on personal and on organizational level.
She is into the Gene Keys for 5 years already, giving lectures, trainings and personal sessions, and is part of the Gene Keys Bulgaria team.
