Inspired by Mexican artist Pedro Linares López (1906-1992) and his concept of imagined animals, Alebrijes, the World Happiness Fest created its first mascot back in 2016 to celebrate their festival in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Felicia (name of the first mascot) was born by the combination of Deer, Elephant, Eagle and Lizard to reflect the experiential nature of the gathering, and the connection of sage and wisdom for the positive advancement of humanity. Now, inspired by the Gene Keys and the Dream Arc, the Mascots project is all about the creation of imagined animals combining the representation by creatures of the shadow, the gift and the siddhi for each Gene Key. A project full of creativity and personalization as each Gene Key can be represented by 9 combined and imagined mascots. A whole new language to synthesize our being.
