The ancestors live within you. They have shaped you – your thinking, your feeling, your dreams and aspirations. Even your disappointments and sufferings have their roots in a far deeper being than you realise. Your ancestors have a message for you, one which I carry for you. Know that the past is alive. It lies waiting inside you, to be harvested, to be transformed. To work with me, you will have to dig deep into your personal past. You must face what you find there with courage and compassion. Only then will the ancestral floodgates open and you will access the impersonal past.
