Meerkat

I am the Meerkat. If you have drawn me into your life, then you are so fortunate. I have but one lesson for you – play, play, play. How did you get so serious? How did life become so hard for you? You may have forgotten all your blessings. So from this day forth, I will help remind you to count your blessings. Take a blank book, and every day, at the same time of day, write down one blessing that is in your life. You may also be playful in this – perhaps it will come out as a sketch or a poem, or a photograph. This is a discipline I set for you. Do this for one whole month from today. Mark your calendar. Write notes and post them above your mirror or your bed.
