Hi there. I’m the Sloth. You can call me Slothy Sloth. My job is to SLOW YOU DOWN. Here goes: Put on the beautiful music here, get comfortable and gaze up at the sky. It doesn’t matter if it’s rainy or cloudy or light or dark. Make sure you can see upwards. Maybe recline or lie on your back. Gaze, gaze, gaze. Think of the others around the world at this very same moment doing the very same thing…and drift with them….Ah, what it is to be a human!
