The Dream Tail Consent Form
I hereby grant Gene Keys Publishing Limited (‘Gene Keys’), company number 10496695, of 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, BH16 6FA, UK, a non- exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the audio/images/video recording(s) (‘Content’) that I have provided for possible inclusion in the Gene Key’s Dream Arc course (‘Course’) in any digital media format, either in an edited or non-edited format as video and/or audio recording and/or still image(s). I note that the Content may also be publicly promoted.
I warrant that I solely and exclusively own the Content (including the copyright and intellectual property rights in the Content) and that I am able to licence the Content to Gene Keys for use without restriction. I warrant that no third party has any right, title or interest in the Content and, as far as I am aware, the Content does not infringe any third party’s copyright and/or intellectual property rights.
I may at any time by notice in writing to Gene Keys request the removal of the Content from the Course.
This licence shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between us relating to this licence shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
