As we move upstream through the sequence, we walk through the landscape of your heart—tracing the threads of love, wounding, and memory to their roots. Old emotional imprints may surface, not to overwhelm, but to be met with presence and compassion. This is a journey into the body, into the subtle spaces where patterns and habits were first formed—where tenderness and self-protection began shaping how you give and receive love.

Along the way, I support you in helping to identify these patterns and bringing them into conscious awareness, allowing for deeper connection with yourself and your lived experience.

I’ve been immersed full-time in the Gene Keys community since 2020, after first encountering the transmission in 2016. My work isn’t formulaic—it’s an intuitive, embodied dialogue with you, your Hologenetic Profile, and what is naturally unfolding within you. I draw from a diverse range of perspectives, including interpersonal communication, habit and pattern recognition, mental well-being, trauma awareness, spirituality, and kindness.
