Join Alison for Hummee Hum Brahm Hum, a powerful Sanskrit mantra to nurture the everchanging Self as you enter the Activation Sequence. The mantra is central to the 30 minute daily practice of breath and gentle movement, which when entered into for 40 days helps to create new neural pathways and deep relaxation.

Hummee Hum Brahm Hum as the sounds suggests resonates with the heartbeat and Bee energy. The daily format meeting online and connecting with the same global group of people creates a sense of connection and travelling together. We always begin with the mudra of the daily Gene Keys sun transit and end with holding an intention for each other for the day. The path of Yoga uses intention and devotion in turning up through the highs and lows of life to return to the Source, as a way of anchoring and transmuting in the body. Yoga also resonates with the Activation Sequence which is very much working on the physical body – you may find you have magically more energy!

You will also have the opportunity to meet monthly with Guide Alison Dhuanna to check in, ask questions and share your experiences with group of people along the way. This may suit people who prefer smaller group interactions than the community calls. If you join my offering I’m also very happy to interact with you on a one to one level as a Guide.

The meditation is LIVE daily from 6th September 2026 at 6am Pacific/2pm UTC. There will be another offering from Gene Keys Yogi Dani from mid February to April.
