I am a qualified Master Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner with the Four Winds Society, with over 20 years’ experience in shamanic journeying. I am also a qualified HCPC-registered Arts Psychotherapist (Drama and Movement), and I have worked across the creative and healing arts, education, and community settings.

My work focuses on shamanic journeying to the Gene Keys, I support people navigating change, overwhelm, and decision-making, helping them to build confidence in their self expression and capacity.

One-to-one sessions include shamanic journeying to your gene keys, both ancient and modern healing techniques to support clarity, resolution, and release.
Sessions are £70–£130 for 1 to 1.5 hours.

I work with you through energy medicine and creative healing arts to explore your Gene Keys profile and what is ready to be seen, understood, and integrated.

With over 40 years of experience across holistic, educational, and creative practices, I support people in letting go of what feels heavy, and reconnecting with themselves during times of change. I am an HCPC-registered Arts Psychotherapist (Drama and Movement), and a Master Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner trained with the Four Winds Society and Lasavia Healing.

For more than 8 years, I have also created personalised vibrational essence elixirs using informed kinesiology. I  have a new pulse point to apply  topically and has a lovely romantic aroma for both men and women. 

My sessions are intuitive, grounded, and shaped around each person’s story, helping to clear pathways toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and alignment with what you want to be experiencing, learning, and contributing.
