Everyone wants a village. Far fewer are willing to do the actual work of becoming someone a village can form around.

Sadhguru teaches that undevoted environments cannot fast-track genuine growth. He’s right. This is a devoted environment — ten people, six months, running alongside the Sage’s Golden Path Venus Sequence retreat from June through November 2026. Nobody gets lost in their own funhouse because the people beside them won’t let that happen, and because the facilitators are tracking both the collective field and each person’s individual map.

We are not far from 2027. The wave is coming. The question is not whether you feel it — it’s whether you’ll be rooted enough to ride it rather than be taken by it. This container is for people who want to check their fault lines now, while they have bandwidth, and build genuine resilience before the pressure peaks.

Each participant works the collective Venus arc and a personal inquiry track built from their own Gene Keys chart — targeting their specific shadow pattern or growth edge. Real curriculum, real depth, your actual map. You don’t leave with insights. You leave with new capacity.

The three layers:

Beloved Community — Each Venus sphere held against the question: how does this live in my actual neighborhood, my real relationships, my emerging local circle?

Play-Based Relational Lab — Conscious play, Appreciative Inquiry, embodied practice. Not therapy. Not processing. Play as the fastest route through the material into genuine change.

Courtship with Life — Simple daily sensory practices tied to each month’s Venus theme. The thing that carries the transmission between sessions and into your cells.

Joanne Ellis — Gene Keys Guide and Ambassador – a 12 year immersion, official Sage Journey Venus Sequence community facilitator (i.e. Tech Host), creator of The Communication Bridge and GTR (Gentle Trauma Release). With 30+ years immersed in Psychosynthesis, transpersonal healing, astrology and collaborative enquiry, Joanne bridges deep inner transformation with grounded community living.

She co-founded an intentional community in the Gold Coast Hinterland in 2018 and was one of the original founding families and Administrator of Gold Coast Silkwood Steiner School. Drawing from her studies with the Yamagishi communities in Japan and decades of real-world community experience, Joanne developed The Communication Bridge as a living pathway toward coherence, harmony and unity consciousness through authentic collaboration.

Her work is rooted in helping people clear the blocks that keep their light hidden. Through her own lived journey into darkness and back again, Joanne carries the Grace (GK22 – Purpose) of someone who can remain steady in difficult spaces, holding a quiet light that helps others find their way forward. This work is embodied, hard-won and deeply practical for her.

Natalie Marie — Gene Keys Guide, poet, master facilitator and community builder with 25+ years of on-the-ground experience actually becoming a villager. She founded her first intentional community at 22, and has founded, studied with and and lived at intentional communities worldwide.

She is the architect of The Greening, a cross-pollinated sangha. school and scalable grassroots model for coherent community through authentic play — a model that not only held through Hurricane Helene, but got stronger.

Her incarnation cross is the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix. This work is not theoretical for her.

Investment: $111–$333/month for six months. Ten spots. This is the only round at this scale.

A note on money: holding a devoted environment costs real energy — facilitator energy, life energy, attention that could go elsewhere. Finances are a genuine part of that exchange. The sliding scale exists because capacity varies, not because the work varies. Pay what is real for you. What we ask is that the exchange feel genuine on both sides.
