Alex is a former voyager of the seas, having spent seven years sailing across the globe as an IT Officer aboard cruise ships – immersed in the rhythms of the ocean and the pulse of technology. That chapter came to a close four years ago, at the age of 33, when a mystical heart-opening experience shifted his course inward and sparked a deep inquiry into the nature of self and individuation.

This inquiry led him into the orbit of the Gene Keys – a transmission that felt less like a system and more like a living stream of consciousness. As his contemplation deepened over time, breathwork entered his life like a sacred key. Through the ancient practice of Pranayama, Alex discovered how the breath could unlock the body’s wisdom by transmuting blockages and anchoring the hidden Gifts within Shadows.

What continues to reveal itself in his journey is the quiet power of simplicity. The Gene Keys, especially through the Art of Contemplation, invite a gentle awareness that can be woven into daily life – through conscious pauses or simply noticing inner patterns with acceptance. Likewise, the breath is always present, ready to guide us back into core stability and offer its generosity in moments of tension. What to Expect

In this 90-minute online session, you’ll be guided through two interwoven practices:
• Gene Keys Profile Session (≈60 min):
We explore the heart of the Gene Keys transmission: the Art of Contemplation. Through the lens of your Hologenetic Profile, we’ll uncover patterns, potentials, and pathways that reflect your lived experience. This part is conversational and tailored to your current life questions.
• Pranayama Breathing Practice (≈30 min):
You’ll be guided through simple, slow breathing techniques that help calm the mind and bring awareness into the body. These practices are gentle, accessible, and can be integrated into your daily life – even if you’ve never done breathwork before.

No prior experience with the Gene Keys or breathwork is needed. The session moves at your pace, with space for questions, pauses, and reflection.
