Gene Keys Guide and partner of the Gene Key Hub team in Israel.
Facilitates groups and people in change and leadership processes, expert in developing and guiding training processes for innovation and social entrepreneurship in a Theory U approach and facilitating participatory leadership processes. I incorporate the Gene Keys method in my work.
Social and community entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in management and guidance positions.
I was the Co-Founder and Director of the Hub for Social and Educational Entrepreneurship at Beit Berl College.
I was co-Creator of Together in Creation and the movement For a Healthy Country, initiatives dedicated to promoting knowledge, awareness and integrative activism for healing the planet and contributing to a new form of eco-governance.
My interests in this field stemmed from my initial career as an economist in the Ministry of Finance, where I witnessed first-hand the failures of the current destructive economic system. Following the social protests of 2011 in Israel, I initiated a leadership course for activists, and established and led an innovative bachelor degree program in education and social business management at Kibbutzim College of Education. I hold a B.A. and M.A. in Economics and I am a fellow of the Mandel Leadership Institute.
