Gene Keys Guide

I’m Elena, a Gene Keys Guide based in Nosara, Costa Rica. I work with people everywhere online, in English or Spanish, and my whole practice rests on one conviction (which is actually my Life’s Work Gene Key): compassion, towards ourselves first, then towards others, is the key to a better world.

The Gene Keys sit at the center of how I work. I’m also a Holistic Psychologist, Reiki Master, and Hatha Yoga teacher, and I lean on traditional natal Astrology and Human Design, but it’s the contemplative pace of the Gene Keys that holds it all together. The slow chewing on a Key for weeks before it opens. That pace changed how I read everything else. I also believe in self-navigation systems as portals into empowerment and the Gene Keys are leading the way.

In a session I bring profound empathy and listening, and I tailor everything to what you actually want and need, not to a formula. We each have a different way to play and use the systems. The idea is to discover what each soul is calling for.

For the past 5 years I’ve also been a full-time bodyworker. I love how the body speaks and how it holds our history and that of our ancestors. As a practitioner I always try to remember bringing the Gene Key work back to our bodies and breath to avoid getting too heady.

What I love about Nosara is living inside nature’s rhythms. La luna, the tides, the rainy season teaching patience. In my free time I paint jungle watercolors and dance in the ocean and always humbly come back to the teachings of Mother Nature.
