My entire life has been a deep journey of contemplation. I cannot remember any time — not even as a young child — where the grand questions (Who are we? Why are we here? What is reality? What is perception? What do we do here? etc.) weren’t relevant and alive in my awareness.



I clearly remember that at three years old, I sat in front of stones (and other animate and inanimate objects), contemplating them for hours, trying to feel what they felt, seeing through their physical structure and the projections in my senses. I couldn’t have worded it like that back then, obviously, but I never really felt separate from anything, not at the core, and was always interested in the subtle connection and current of energy that was alive in me. I wanted to comprehend and make sense of it all, especially my rich inner life.
With my unique way of perceiving and insatiable curiosity, a distinct path of life unfolded for me.



Ever since I realised that my senses were refined and that I function a bit differently than many others, I have been spending a great deal of time wondering what life actually is. Through a deep dive into cellular wisdom, I have uncovered numerous answers and revelations over the years.



When I discovered the Gene Keys, it was like a homecoming. In the book, I read about my inner and outer perception, and for the first time in my life, I felt truly understood and received beyond words. Every one of my cells vibrated in resonance, and still, every time I read this wisdom, my body sheds tears of unspeakable love.
Deeply grateful for this so accurate translation of my inner world, it was natural to connect and eventually, become a guide for fellow seekers – not only relating to the Gene Keys but walking hand in hand with them.

Apart from that, creativity has always played a massive role in my life. It’s the air I breathe and my most natural expression. Making art, in all kinds, is spontaneously available to me.
Mostly, I draw, paint, design and write — or rather: It draws, paints, designs, writes me, or through me. It’s a very organic unfolding with little mind involved. 🙂 I experience myself as a conduit most of the time, rather than a personality, although that is a matter of focus, of course, and all appears simultaneously.



I’m deeply in love with being embodied, and in my finding, there’s nothing more blissful than being completely here, with feet on the ground, heart in the chest, and spirit in the sky. Present with life in the flesh and diving deeply into it, piercing through it into the vast field of stars that we are.

Coming home is being here, not refusing any experience that offers itself to us (including difficulties).
The ordinary carries a beauty that only an open heart can see.



In that sense, I am very pragmatically spiritual and aware of the ever-shifting focus of consciousness. Being human is such a wild ride! Come and ride it with me and find your bliss in every grain of sand!
