Gene Keys Guide

The Gene Keys first entered my life as a fascination — something I explored with my mind, gathering every bit of free material I could find. For a few years, it remained an intellectual pursuit. I was intrigued, deeply moved by the transmission, and hungered for more information, but I hadn’t yet learned to embody the practice of softening gently into the shadows.

Then the world slowed down.

In the stillness of the lockdowns… everything changed. I turned inward, as so many of us did. What had once been conceptual became intimate. What had felt abstract came alive in my body. With the Gene Keys book at my side — both as my map and my fantastical book of mysteries — I began a deeper descent into my shadows. This time, I didn’t hover on the edges of discomfort. I dove fully into the underworld of my suffering. Alongside a whole community of Gene Key travellers doing the same thing.

Gene Key 41 — my Life’s Work — lit the way with Divine Fantasy, my imagination invoking dragons, angels, goddesses, fairies, and ascended masters. With them by my side, I danced, I sobbed, I laughed, I howled, I growled, I raged, I prayed, I delighted, I faced frightening monsters, transforming them into sweet innocent creatures. I was both brought to my knees and lifted to the heavens. I deeply, deeply connected with my darkness and my light.

With a professional background in personal training, meditation, hypnotherapy, timeline therapy, life coaching, and Circle of Security Parenting, I had many tools to support others.

But the one I had never fully held in my own arms… was me.
The space I had so often held for others… I finally offered to myself.

Through that encounter, I began to cultivate a pathway into the shadows. What revealed itself was shadow diving in the arms of the Divine Feminine — a practice of radical tenderness. The Divine Masculine showed me the way of fierce self-honesty and presence, and yet it was the gentleness and love of the Divine Feminine that truly guided me — holding me as a loving mother holds her beloved child.

What unfolded wasn’t just healing. It was alchemy. A full-bodied initiation into my depths and heights — with promise of many more layers to dive into, reminding me I’m here for this wild, beautiful, gritty, luminous, hilarious, heartbreaking ride of being human.

The art of softening, of embodying the feminine, becoming the Gentle Wind is my guide. Emanating this softness.

My Bliss is being here with our beautiful Earth, Sophia Gaia, and all her raw vitality — her wild, gentle, tender beauty, accessible for us all. Approaching life as sacred is my inspiration.
