Gene Keys Guide

A life-long passion for relationship-based learning has led me to explore a diversity of modalities and experiences. This includes performing arts education, yoga and creative movement, pre-post-natal and birth doula support, counselling, trauma informed healing, attachment theory, symbol work, sand play, and expressive therapies.

I began deeper contemplation of the Gene Keys after a personal and family crisis in 2022.
During this time of grief and loss, all my attention turned inward to attend to the healing of childhood wounding and generational trauma. It became clear to me that the parts of me that had driven my passion for learning were the very parts that would demand the fruits of this learning to be applied within. My life emptied of home, work and identity and gifted me with an abundance of time to self-integrate.

This simplicity helped me come back home inside myself in right relationship with the spirit of my life. Constant change has taught me that this inner relationship is the core stability from where I can co-create connection, purpose, and a sustainable life. I have also found that every change brings with it a transition period and that pausing and seeking support during this period is key to finding anchor in the chaos and germinating the next phase.

I was very lucky to have a friend alongside me the whole way through the Golden Path. She had already completed the series but started from the beginning and walked the whole path again with me. We were able to share our insights and breakthroughs with each other, which contributed to a strong sense of embodied integration, and took our friendship to a whole new level of intimacy.

I am inspired to give back and companion others in an experiential and creative way to integrate their own profiles, gifts and breakthroughs along the path. Together we hold ground for the unique opportunities waiting for us in the space of our surrender. I also offer support to parents and carers to hold children in the light of their gifts, so that more children can begin their adult lives with a sense of empowerment and inner purpose.
