I have worked and trained in holistic, educational and creative practices for over 40 years, supporting people to let go of what weighs on them and reconnect with themselves. I am an HCPC-registered Arts Psychotherapist (drama and movement), a Master Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner trained with the Four Winds Society, and Lasavia Healing.

For more than 8 years I have also created personalised vibrational essence elixirs using informed kinesiology. My sessions are intuitive, grounded, and shaped around each person’s story to help clear pathways to what you want to be experiencing, learning and contributing.
