Gene Keys Guide

I am a Gene Keys guide who helps people develop emotional clarity, healthy boundaries, and the practical skills needed to live with confidence and inner freedom.

My professional career started in the Corporate world and for more than 20 years I used to work in various Human Resources roles in multinational companies located in Germany. Always curious about discovering new areas in HR and the business, I worked as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Change Management Leader and internal Consultant focusing on Talent Management, Leadership & Team Development, Trainings and Inclusion & Diversity. Global collaboration across different cultures has enriched my life enormously.

My biggest passion are people and their unique gifts. Therefore my main focus always is on people development and the development of strong teams and communication skills. What is the true potential, what are unique talents and how to overcome blockages – those areas were always embedded in my work.

Some years ago I left the Corporate world in order to start my own business. Looking back, it was a real life-changing decision I made. At that time I came across the Gene Keys after having studied Human Design for a while. The Gene Keys transmission supported me tremendously in my own path of transformation.

Gaining more freedom and empowerment in my own business were aligned with my core values. And my on-going passion for personal development, is now more reflected in my work as I focus on what I love to do: Facilitation of trainings to increase self-awareness, communication skills and team development.

Another focus and passion are individual coaching programs. Very individually I integrate Gene Keys, Human Design, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mindfulness or other tools to support the process of transformation.
My approach is practical and grounded, helping you move beyond victim patterns and integrate insight into everyday life with clarity and self-trust. Also discovering unique gifts or talents and implement them in daily life are part of my work. I would love to support you in your unique journey!
