Hi, I’m Lisa Romanovitch McManus, MA—Author, Gene Keys Guide, Somatic Internal Family Systems & Neurodiversity-Inclusive Coach, Reiki Master, and lifelong mystic masquerading as a suburban mom just south of Boston.

We are all human, fully human! Regardless of neurotype or ability, I support every tender-hearted soul unmask, unwind, and unburden so they can finally feel at home in their own skin. My work blends Gene Keys contemplation, somatic trauma care, IFS parts work, and energy medicine into a cozy, slightly witchy cauldron where insight meets embodiment… and where nothing about you is “too much.”

I’m no stranger to the messy& magical bits of being alive. I’ve walked through childhood trauma, the bone-deep grief of losing a child, and the wild, sacred adventure of raising three neurodiverse sons. All of this informs the way I hold space—slowly, gently, with reverence for every nervous system and deep love for every part that learned to survive.

In my world, healing isn’t a performance. It’s a pause, a breath, a softening. It’s the moment your system whispers, “Oh… I’m safe enough to be real now.”
