Gene Keys Guide

With over 5,500 coaching sessions behind me, I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate, and deeply human approach to guiding others through the Gene Keys. I work with people who sense there is more available to them than survival and performance – those ready to meet themselves with honesty, courage, and care as they walk the path from Shadow to Gift to Siddhi.

I help you navigate what the Gene Keys illuminate but you cannot easily see on your own: shadow frequencies held in your body, unconscious patterns encoded in your Profile, repressive and reactive tendencies, and the emotional terrain many were never taught how to hold. Together, we make space for what arises with clarity and grounded presence, so your shadows become portals to your Gifts rather than quiet drivers of your life.

Trauma doesn’t only live in your past – it expresses through your Gene Keys as distorted frequencies in how you relate, lead, work, and inhabit your body. In our work, we track these imprints through your Hologenetic Profile, unlearn what no longer serves, and create space for your true essence to emerge. Not everything you carry is yours to keep, and not every pattern reflects your authentic design.

I know this territory from the inside. I’ve walked through the ache of emotional neglect in my upbringing, and the shadow frequencies of my own Profile for years. This pain became purpose. Now, everything I offer is dedicated to helping you unhook from trauma-driven patterns, reclaim the beautiful frequency of your Gifts, and embody the life expression that has always been waiting within your design.
