I offer Gene Keys Profile sessions and guidance journeys that support you in re-connecting with your authentic self and living from your truth. Whether you are at a threshold moment in life, seeking clarity of purpose, or longing to embody more presence and freedom, I hold a safe and resonant space for transformation. My approach blends Gene Keys contemplation with systems thinking, psychology, and somatic awareness, helping you unlock the wisdom already alive within you.

I was born in London and raised in Athens, Greece, and from an early age I carried the questions of identity, belonging, and truth. Life invited me into deep initiations through parental divorce, the early passing of my mother, financial collapse, serious physical injuries, and the unraveling of relationships. These experiences, while painful, became the soil of transformation. They taught me that endurance alone is not enough; it must be transmuted into creative power, authentic expression, and love.

My path wove together business, systems thinking, and years of spiritual practice. I hold a BSc in Systems Thinking and an MPhil in Business from Cambridge University. I spent over a decade in the fashion industry, rising into leadership roles, only to discover the emptiness of success without inner alignment. A turning point came through my own body: a severe back injury in 2015 and later a near-paralyzing neck injury in 2019, both of which called me to radically reorient my life. Through meditation, healing practices, and deep listening, I came into reverence for the body as a teacher and ally.

Over the years I trained and got Certified in PSYCH-K®, REBT Therapy, Meditation (RT100) and holistic health approaches, weaving these modalities with the Gene Keys to create a multidimensional field of guidance.

The Gene Keys entered my life as a profound mirror and a vital system of self-remembrance. I first encountered them in 2020 and soon after became deeply engaged with the transmission, including translating the text into Greek with my business partner, a project unfolding in close relationship with the Multi-Language Gene Keys Community. The Greek edition feels especially meaningful to me, as Greece has always been a cradle of philosophy, gnosis, and myth. Bringing the Gene Keys into this lineage is both an offering and a homecoming.

As a Gene Keys Guide, my role is to embody the spirit of the Guide, not to provide answers but to walk beside you as you re-discover and re-connect with yourself. I hold a safe and resonant space where you can release the weight of conditioning, embrace your shadows, and step into your Golden Path. Many of those I accompany are visionaries, heart-led leaders, and seekers at threshold moments in life, questioning old patterns, yearning for deeper purpose, and ready to embody who they really are.

I live in an intentional community in the Costa Rican jungle, where life is interwoven with nature, presence circles, music, and ceremony. This environment reminds me daily that intelligence is not only mental but also cosmic and embodied, alive in the trees, the rhythms of breath, and the movements of the stars. From this place, I bring together the scientific, the philosophical, and the mystical, helping others experience both the precision and the poetry of transformation.

What I value most in guiding is presence. I listen deeply, reflect what I see, and help illuminate the threads of truth already alive within you. My approach blends systems thinking, psychology, and somatic awareness with the contemplative depth of the Gene Keys transmission.

Ultimately, my intention is simple: to walk beside others as they remember their light, embody their worth, and shine, not as copies of anyone else, but as the unique expression of life they were born to be.
