Eu nasci para cruzar fronteiras e ultrapassar limites. Onde o mundano vê obstáculos e infortúnios, eu identifico oportunidades de mudança. Sou poliglota (PT, EN, ES, DE, FR), espiritualista multicultural e, por natureza, holística.

O que me impulsiona na direção da descoberta da minha força interior é, e sempre será, uma relação acolhedora com as minhas Sombras. Durante a minha vida, todas as vezes que vivenciava desafios, uma sabedoria genuína jorrava da minha fonte interior. E lá estava eu: me reinventando, recriando, me flexibilizando até reaprender a caminhar novamente com minhas próprias pernas. Assim continuo a viver, sabendo e sentindo que estou muito bem acompanhada por meu mundo interior.

Muita gente me fez (e continua fazendo) companhia na jornada de descoberta de ricos e efervecentes universos interiores. Devo dizer que a experiência de se sentir bem acompanhada é poderosa e reconfortante pois que, em companhia, a viagem torna-se mais dinâmica e vigorosa! Por tudo isso, aceitei com alegria o grande privilégio de me tornar guia da sabedoria das Chaves Genéticas. Nesse espaço é perfeitamente possível contemplar com gentileza, viver todas as perguntas e, pacientemente, aguardar pelas respostas. Assim, o compatilharmento de processos fluidos de retorno à fonte da vida – da qual todos viemos e para a qual todos retornaremos – ocorre naturalmente quando abraçamos o caos que nos leva à harmonia por meio do caminho do equilíbrio.

Genuinamente, acolho o convite de facilitar o processo de descoberta interior de outras pessoas que, assim como eu, almejam navegar, em seu próprio ritmo, pelos mistérios de suas vidas cotidianas. Alegra-me guiá-las pelos caminhos de seu desenvolvimento interno, mesmo que seja apenas para ouví-las ou simplesmente para contemplarmos em silêncio.

I was born to cross boundaries and move beyond limits. Wherever people see issues and problems, I spot opportunities for change. Holistic by nature, I am also multi-lingual (PT, EN, ES, DE, FR) and multicultural.

My approach towards my Shadows inspires me to move in the direction of the source of my inner strength. During my whole life, whenever I was faced by challenges, a genuine wisdom poured from within. And there I was: standing up until I learned how to walk again by myself. This is how I live: knowing and feeling that my inner world is bearing me company.

Many people have stood (and stand) by my side while I uncover rich and sparkling inner universes. I reckon that feeling well accompanied is a powerful and comforting experience because, with company, the journey becomes much more dynamic and vigorous! Along these lines, I joyfully welcomed the great privilege of becoming a Gene Keys Guide. In this setting, it’s perfectly possible to contemplate with kindness, ask questions and patiently wait for the answers. Hence, sharing fluid processes which brings one back to the source of life – from which we all came and to which we will all return – occurs naturally from chaos to harmony, through the path of equilibrium.

I genuinely welcome the invitation to facilitate the process of inner discovery for other people who, like me, yearn to navigate their own mysteries, at their own pace, while being fully present in their daily lives. I’m happy to guide them along the paths of their inner development, even if it’s just to listen to them or simply jointly contemplate.
