My name is Sandrine Calmel. I am an author, teacher, and guide in the fields of Human Design and the Gene Keys, specializing in personal, relational, and entrepreneurial alignment. My work is rooted in a simple conviction: every human being carries an inner architecture, a sacred pattern that is meant to be revealed rather than improved. To me, the Gene Keys offer one of the most subtle and powerful ways to illuminate this inner design, soften its tensions, and embody its highest expression in daily life.

My path has not unfolded through ease, but through initiation. For more than twenty years, I walked through a complex marriage, the challenges of motherhood, inner collapses, and profound rebirths. These experiences shaped my sensitivity, my depth of listening, and my understanding of the hidden mechanisms that structure our relationship with love, the body, money, vocation, and the world around us.
This lived journey is the soil of my entire approach: a transmission that is embodied, honest, and deeply human, where transformation rises from experience rather than theory.

As a 6/3 Manifesting Generator with Sacral Authority and the Left Angle Cross of Prevention (10/15 – 18/17), I have always moved between vision and experimentation, contemplation and constant recalibration. This dual rhythm—wide-angle observation paired with learning through cycles—naturally led me to the Gene Keys. I discovered in this work a language of the soul: poetic, profound, and yet extraordinarily precise.

Several years ago, I created Rebelles Sacrées®, a community and living space dedicated to women who sense that their life, business, or relationships must be guided from a deeper truth. Rebelles Sacrées® is more than a brand; it is a movement.
It gathers visionary, intuitive, holistic entrepreneurs and seekers who feel called to step outside conventional models and lead from their frequency rather than from conditioning. The Gene Keys form one of the central pillars of our journey together, offering a contemplative path of self-reclamation, emotional alchemy, and reconnection to inner purpose.

In my work, I integrate the wisdom of the Gene Keys with Human Design, astrology, and refined intuitive listening. I guide two main types of people:
– holistic and visionary entrepreneurs seeking to align their mission with their essence;
– romantic or professional couples wishing to understand their relational dynamics and harmonize unconscious patterns through the Venus Sequence.

I teach how to embody the Gene Keys in leadership, communication, business creation, relationships, emotional work, and major life transitions. My approach is contemplative yet practical: I invite my clients into the depth of their inner frequencies while offering clear and grounded reference points for living, choosing, and creating differently.

I am the author of several books on consciousness, transformation, and self-knowledge systems. My writing invites readers to slow down, feel, question, and rediscover their life as a sacred text. I explore themes such as embodiment, inner coherence, resilience, emotional alchemy, and learning to live according to one’s natural frequency.

At the heart of my work lies a simple intention: guiding people back to the truth they already carry. The Gene Keys offer a unique space for this return—a space of radical gentleness, deconditioning through openness, and transformation through the light of the heart.

Today, I accompany men and women in deep transition—burnout, identity crisis, divorce, spiritual awakening, or professional reinvention. I help them understand what their shadows are trying to reveal and support them in bringing their gifts into form in a way that feels true and alive.

As a Gene Keys Guide, my role is not to provide answers, but to open pathways. To invite slowness, nuance, and depth. To help each person feel the unique rhythm of their inner unfolding.

I believe that when we embody our frequency, life reorganizes itself around us.
For me, the Gene Keys are a living compass—a path of integrity and remembrance—guiding us back to who we have always been.
