Into the Mystic - Colorado Event Logistics
About Boulder Theater
- Event Location: 2032 14th St, Boulder, CO 80302
- No outside food or water (yes, you may bring empty water bottles)
- No backpacks (Smaller personal bags are ok but may be subject to search)
Event Schedule
- Doors open at 8:30am
- Event scheduled to begin at 9am
- Morning Session will run from 9am until 12:30pm (including one 15-minute break)
- Lunch is scheduled from 12:30pm – 1:30pm (see below about pre-ordering food)
- Afternoon Session will run from 1:30pm to 5:15pm (including one 15-minute break)
- Afterwards there will be time to integrate and digest until 6pm
- Doors close at 6pm
Food & Drink
- There will be water fountains available to fill up empty water bottles.
- There will be soda, iced tea, lemonade, water, and InJoy Kombucha for sale at the bar inside the Boulder Theater.
- McDevitt Taco Supply will be providing tacos for sale in the lobby. (Meat, Veggie, Vegan, & Gluten-free options available) This is the only food allowed inside.
- As a reminder, no outside food or drink is allowed in the Boulder Theater.
Ordering Lunch for Pickup
- The lunch break is only one hour (12:30pm – 1:30pm)
- The best two options are to either order Tacos from the lobby or to pre-order lunch for pickup from nearby collection of restaurants at Avanti F&B.
- We recommend you order your lunch ahead of time at Avanti and schedule it for pickup at 12:30pm to maximize your time to eat and digest during this time.
- There is a fantastic set of nearby food options that are walkable from the venue and are available for pre-order. See Avanti F&B to browse the available restaurants.
- We will offer a link to pre-order and QR codes for easy ordering in the morning session on May 14th to make lunch as easy as possible.
- McDevitt Taco Supply will also be providing tacos for sale in the lobby (Meat, Veggie, Vegan, & Gluten-free options available) No pre-order available, service is fast and efficient.
Afterglow at the Riverside – Sunday 14th (6-10pm)
Join the Gene Keys Community for an “Into the Mystic” post-event celebration! Join Richard Rudd, Tanmayo, Elijah Parker, Rosy Aronson, Jesse Chesnutt, Entheo and more of the Gene Keys Team 64, Ambassadors & Guides to end the weekend with a Mystical Afterparty for the entire community! We will be gathering together to enjoy some Live Music, Dance, Local Vendors, Fresh Nourishments, Cosmic Conversations, Group Integration & Closure at our local venue Riverside Boulder (within walking distance of the Boulder Theater).
Riverside is an epic event space with a full kitchen, bar and elixirs to nourish your hunger, quench your thirst and uplift your spirit. There are multiple spaces for conversation, mingling, sharing wisdom, dancing, and even relaxing by the Boulder Creek on the riverside patio. There will be several amazing local vendors offering their inspired creations and musical performances by Entheo & Shi DJedi that will take us deep into reflection and celebration. Please join us to close out the weekend and spend a few more hours reveling in the glow of the Gene Keys community.
