    Call to Action

    Start your Dream Arc Journal

Everyone is invited to start their own Dream Arc Journal. You can use this journal to help document your dreams, encounters and insights, as well as to explore the many contemplative prompts, questions, invitations and explorations provided in this retreat.

    • Write whatever you remember about your dreams from the night before. It could be as simple as a color, a feeling or a single image.

    • Jot down any animal encounters you have in the waking or dreaming world.

    • Capture any synchronicities you notice in your day.

    • Respond to the questions, invitations and journal prompts in each week’s resources.

    • Doodle, draw, scrapbook and scribble about any visions, myths, stories or symbols that come to you during this time.

    • Draw the Life Web and create your own ‘altar space’ in your journal — one you can take with you wherever you go.

    • Remember, everything you write down will be a reflection of your inner realms. Consider writing about the contents of your mind, heart and life as if they are elements of a story or myth. Also, keep in mind that gleaning wisdom from our dreams can take time. Sometimes patterns and synchronistic messages start to emerge once we have a series or group of dreams (and dream images or feelings) to contemplate together.

    Contemplations for this week

    Invitations to Explore

    • Take a moment to honor something that you value in yourself. What gifts do you bring into this world, into the lives of the people you care about, into our shared Dream Arc community? Remember, true gifts don’t need to be flashy or immediately visible.

    • Whether you’re deeply familiar with the Dream Arc or you barely know what it is, what are you most excited about as you embark upon this collective journey?

    • Are you willing and able to carve out dedicated energy and time in your schedule to this adventure? What can you put aside to make room for the Dream Arc’s magic?

    A message from Bull

“I am the World-Bull. What does that mean? It means that your whole earth rides on my back. I support your evolution. I provide protection, boundaries and define the margins around your self-love.

Once you have established clear boundaries, then my creative vital potency can pour safely through you into the world. Value yourself and value the gifts you bring to others. The more you value yourself, the more energy I will shower on you. With my energy behind you, there is nothing you cannot achieve. Clear out your life. Flush out the old. Open up to the new, to the fresh, to the unknown. Carve your path away from the mediocre. Never copy another. Always create from your own uniqueness. You are the source of all that is new in life. Bring your dreams forth and let them multiply!”
