Star of Consciousness 002
Wisdom Penta
There is a great responsibility in collecting the thoughts and feelings of each individual in the Wisdom Penta, and a greater challenge in conveying each person’s point of view without making it sound fragmented or disoriented. The intent is to distill everything gathered into a holistic and balanced group message stemming from different ideas, concerns, and opinions within the group. The key to meeting this challenge is self-reflection and deep listening. This provides a deeper sense of meaning, understanding and acceptance. This has been the common denominator of our shared experience within the Wisdom Penta: Distilling one’s own message. Purity. Being clear and direct. Clarity. Easy is right. Simplicity. Wisdom requires balance. Embodiment. And an overall shared theme and appreciation for commitment and focus through loving support.
For the most part, we, the Wisdom Penta, felt at ease with one another from the beginning. And even through our differences, we felt and acted as a balanced group, and experienced the Penta as a fractal family, committed and focused to a shared cause and purpose. There was a shared sense of disappointment in having the Hive pick the project. A resentful feeling of being told what to do and when to do it. An unwanted sense of control and hierarchy which seemed to separate the whole and take away the purpose and role of each Penta. However, from this came a shared learning experience, which was born from the choice of taking these actions as lessons. We learned to trust our own individual feelings we were having and to openly share them with our Wisdom Family.
Through deep contemplation, and the help and listening of the Penta, there arose the ability to let go of preconceived ideas, judgements and condemnations. These were replaced with an open mind and heart, allowing, accepting, and embracing what is happening now. A maturity was grown from slowing down and pausing in stillness and silence. And with a little help from our friends, we were rewarded with the reassurance that not only is change possible, but it is also always happening, all around us, all the time. From all of this, we learned the importance of group support, trusting and working through a process, trusting the wisdom and love of the group, and the importance of honesty and clear communication.
Although we did not have this same sense and feeling within the whole of the SoC, as a group, we whole heartedly felt and experienced it within the Wisdom Penta. Even though we may never be able to measure the effects of our project in the whole of the world. We, as individuals, and as a group, can measure the growth and success of this journey within our own hearts, and trust that our compassion, efforts and intentions will land where they are needed most. Overall, we are deeply grateful, and feel fortunate for this learned experience and the continued wisdom revealed.

Hive
The Hive’s experience in the SoC-002 was one of excitement, service and honour especially at the beginning of the process. Quite quickly this shifted when we realized how involved and potentially challenging this process would be for 21 randomly picked individuals to come to a consensus. Never the less we trusted the process and experienced how, “Out of Chaos, A Star is Born.”
There was great frustration at times in the whole SoC, in just arriving at consensus on our topic. That alone felt like a monumental achievement, and a true highlight of the whole process. Our topic arose piece by piece over 2 months with additional 21 member meetings which grew into a crescendo of a 3-hour Hive meeting, emerging with something divinely inspired. We remember the distinct feeling of Light, Joy and Celebration when we finally choose our project, and made important decisions that changed the dynamics of the star as a whole. That experience was worth all of the struggle and strife. The rituals themselves were very powerful. They will forever remain in our memories.
The Structure of the SoC held a certain precision, that will probably need several rounds of practice to be fully optimised. There was a sense of being disjointed with all its parts. There was an ambiguity around the Hive’s responsibility to ensure that the whole stays focused on the chosen theme and the wish to give full autonomy to Pentas.
The Hive opened us to seeing a higher level of communication for a beneficial outcome for the whole. This was specifically activated by the commitment to be present over the last 6 months. We discovered how to share between the parts of the Star as well as trust our inner knowing and to realize that the Star was challenging us to communicate what we saw without fear or resistance. The structure of communication felt a little aloof, not allowing a feeling of connection to everyone in the Star. The Forum didn’t function properly. Significant changes in the guidelines may allow for better and easier interactions between the different Pentas and the Hive.
The Scribe had some beautiful moments and quite a lot of extra work and burden. This assumed solo responsibility wasn’t always a joyful service. Having more clear roles and ways of sharing the load would be an innovation that would make the process more fruitful for the Scribe and the whole Star.
External support from the Delta Team throughout the process could have facilitated us better. But making our own way was an important part of the learning process.
The Gene Key of the month took on a deeper purification and embodiment and served as a reference point for us as individuals and also connected us.
In conclusion it’s not the task at hand that matters as much as the ability in the group to work as one body. To be able to listen to what wants to manifest through a collaborative effort, clear communication and collective service is the skillset we are honing. Key elements identified for this are intimacy, the space to self-organise and self-reflect. Done through patience at times of dissonance, frustration or intensity while staying focused on the topic and stripping all subtle agendas. It has been an honour to have worked with you all and we are grateful for the experience in learning to lead, listen and serve simultaneously2
