What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this programme?

The profound power of softening and opening the heart. The grace and alchemy of this process, it’s ripple effects out into the world through all my relationships. Witnessing it in action, when I least expect it, have let go of striving, fully accept myself and surrender….the real magic begins! These are all just words, nothing can communicate the truth of it without lived and felt experience of it, and for each of us it will be completely unique and yet there is something deeper that is shared beyond the specifics. There has been a sense of returning, of wholeness and of being held in the eternal mystery. An expansion in my creativity and capacity to pause, grow present, allow, accept, wonder, and welcome what is here. To see the opportunity in every situation and the beauty and light in all beings.
