What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this programme?

I have regained access to feeling my emotions again and also gained soooo much insight about myself that I didn’t know was there but was causing me so much agitation and pain especially in my relationships. The most inspiring part of the program is how brave everyone is and open, especially during community calls. My heart starts aching at times but it feels so beautifully sad, I’m amazed at just witnessing what is happening within myself while communicating with others and not trying to push it away.

In a few words, what benefits can you feel from doing this programme or from the Gene Keys as a whole?

I am a whole new person. So much has changed for me that if I wasn’t able to go any further, I am content. With just what I have witnessed so far and seeing the changes in myself and it having a positive affect on my environment. I have been able to face situations that last year I had no idea where to go what to do and was about to quit and escape to Nepal without my family and not say a word. Then while I was in Kathmandu in a hotel all alone I decided to check my Gaia app to see if something would call out to me and Richard popped up as my first suggestion. The dragonfly and DNA symbols caught my attention, and the rest is history. I returned to the UK and patiently waited for Jan2026
