The Star Pearl adventure began for me during one of the most difficult periods I can remember: the return of my wife’s cancer, losing a stellar employee and needing to rebuild half my team, and the expectations of delivering on great work in spite of all that. This process has been quiet, deep, and profound. Acceptance amid the uncertainty in all my professional tribulations… a deep recognition that whether the world sees these efforts as success or failure, I’ve left everything on the field. And it feels amazing to live this way: grounded and present, playing full out, holding nothing back.
