What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this programme?

Most impactful were the amazing synchronicities that appeared – as though my journey through the different positions in the Delta was exactly and most perfectly designed to dovetail with my parallel Venus Deep Dive journey – and, even more amazingly… the pulse of the moment.

In a few words, what benefits can you feel from doing this programme or from the Gene Keys as a whole?

The deepest benefits for me in this process were: 1 – a deeper understanding of the different ‘bodies’ 2 – an increased honesty and transparency with myself 3 – an embracing of the perfection of the divine imperfections – in both myself, the Delta process, our group, the Gene Keys…and life in general. 🙂 4 – experiences of vast unknown abilities I didn’t know I had. A deeper embrace and healing of issues of purposelessness and invisibility in my creative life…and… firsthand experiences of shadows including my core wound. 5 – a chance to allow compassion, patience, forgiveness and acceptance to make a home in my heart.

Above, a little painting that happened during my time in position 7.

I was just playing around with colors and wasn’t planning on painting our Delta in that moment.

In-fact, I was trying to paint a little boat…

But suddenly… a small divine being appeared on the page… moving gracefully across the slightly choppy waves of a cosmic sea.

Looking at this painting, it feels to me in retrospect to describe the delicate, vulnerable vastness of the process I went through – and a message that whatever comes to pass… grace is there as a whisper if only I’m able to listen.
