From practicing the Art of Contemplation, I can feel my awareness increasing, and the four pillars of the Gene Keys approach really help me to be more tender with myself.

What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this programme?

For me, the most beneficial aspect is the practice of surrounding my discomfort or pain with gentleness. The loving acceptance, without pressure, relaxes me instantly and I can feel myself open again to more peace and compassion.

In a few words, what benefits can you feel from doing this programme or from the Gene Keys as a whole?

From practicing the Art of Contemplation, I can feel my awareness increasing, and the four pillars of the Gene Keys approach really help me to be more tender with myself.

Do you have any additional message?

The Gene Keys are for me an underlying support and I can feel how in time their wisdom deepen in me. It’s a slow and tranquil process which I know has already started to form some flowers currently growing 🙂
