What was most impactful or inspiring for you in these programmes?

The most impactful experience was to step out of the victimhood of the Shadows of GK 63 and 64 and to settle more and more into my core stability. I also start to experience the dynamic within the Activation Sequence, and this is truly mesmerizing.

In the Venus Sequence, the most impactful was the Sunless Sea meditation: I am now in peace with the big Unknown in me. Even more, I love it. I am starting to not take my dharma too seriously, instead rather playfully. There are so many hidden treasures in the Venus Sequence: the highest expression of my heart but also the wisdom of the seven-year cycles. This made so much clear for me, and I’m also beginning to understand and to transform my patterns. I feel more relaxed in interactions with others in situations which would have triggered me in the past.

In a few words, what benefits can you feel from doing these programmes or from the Gene Keys as a whole?

In simple words: I feel more like myself, more joyful, and I know where to find my resources. The Gene Keys programmes have been a life-changer for me. I do not meditate anymore into the nothingness of Nirwana; instead, I contemplate. Oh, my whole life is beginning to become a contemplation. My inner chattering has become an empowering inquiry of Truth. I start to know myself

Peace, Love, Inspiration. I’m still on the way. Combining the Venus Sequence with the Seven Sacred Seals. As Richard said: Poem begins when the words reach their end. No words can describe how deep this goes. You know it.
