What was most impactful or inspiring for you in this Gene Keys programme?

I have been exploring the Gene Keys Synthesis for a little over three years. What is most impactful in my journey with the Gene Keys is the ability to apply the key principle of the teachings in my relationships and all aspects of my life. I am thrilled to witness and explore the very tangible practices of pausing, pivoting and merging. The deeper my contemplation practice goes, the more I seem to experience moments of pure ecstasy and bliss, which I never imagined would be possible, considering my pre-natal and first 21 years of life were built in deep trauma. I can also sense my energy transforming into a devotional energy (29.5), which I have twice in the Pearl Sequence. It seems to have a rippling and expanding effect on my wellbeing after having prepared my body with much leading me to this work. My body can now receive this work with minimum resistance and integrate it deeply.

What inspires me the most about the Gene keys programme is that even though I already dove into the Venus Sequence once, this second deep dive came at a time in my life where my body was able to receive more of the teachings and integrate it deeper. But I think the most exciting part for me is the support I can offer my two children (16 and 17) when I can witness the interplay of our Gene Keys and how much it affords me the reality to refine my listening and be in the space they need rather than doing the ‘parent thing’. I feel an enthusiasm and excitement in witnessing how the integration of the teachings is impacting how much I can communicate with curiosity, empathy, forgiveness and gentleness. I feel a deep gratitude and reverence for this monumental gift. Thank you!

It freed my deeply wounded and traumatized heart. I feel whole-hearted.
